These Terms govern your use of Juxta and services by AruMyra TechServe Ind ("AruMyra", "we"). By using our software you agree to them.
Juxta is document comparison, writing, and publishing software offered as a web app, a downloadable desktop app, and paid plans (subscriptions and a one-time lifetime licence).
Provide accurate information and keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 16+ or the age of digital consent in your country.
We grant a personal, non-transferable licence to use Juxta. Do not resell, sublicense, share licence keys, or circumvent payment/licensing. Offline desktop keys are tied to your account.
Documents you process remain yours. Juxta is local-first: your files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us unless you use a feature that explicitly says so. We claim no rights over your documents.
AI outputs are assistance, not professional advice; verify results before relying on them. If you connect a third-party or local AI model, that provider's terms apply to those calls.
Don't use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, disrupt our systems, or defeat payment/licensing mechanisms.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, handling refunds per our Refund Policy where required by law.
