Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AruMyra TechServe Ind collects and why, for Juxta and this website.

1. The short version

Juxta is local-first. Your documents are processed on your device. We do not receive, store, or read the papers you compare, write, or merge.

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, and a salted password hash (never plain passwords). For Google sign-in, your Google account id and email.
• Billing data: plan, invoices and payment identifiers from Razorpay. Card/UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never touch our servers.
• Operational data: basic server logs (IP, timestamp, endpoint) kept briefly for security and rate-limiting.

3. What we do NOT collect

• Your documents and drafts.
• Your AI API keys or model endpoints (stored only in your browser/app).
• Advertising trackers — we use none.

4. Emails

Transactional only: verification, password reset, receipts, and important notices. Product updates are opt-in with an unsubscribe in every email.

5. Processors

Razorpay (payments), Resend (email), Google (optional sign-in), and our hosting provider. Each receives only what its function needs.

6. Retention & deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. Email support@arumyra.com to delete your account; we remove personal data within 30 days, keeping invoices where tax law requires.

7. Security

Passwords hashed with scrypt; sessions and licences cryptographically signed; payments verified server-side; transport over HTTPS.

8. Your rights

Request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data anytime via support@arumyra.com.
